I suspect this us what the inside of my head looks like today..... Hospital meeting to decide on the best future care for my Dad who has a complex neurological history and has been in hospital for what feels like ever. There's was what felt like a final destination approach (he is only 64) ours more geared towards continuous improvement. Feels like an ongoing battle, wish these things came with a manual.
