Beginning and end

My day today has been bookended by a beautiful sunrise whilst out on my run before breakfast and then a stunning sunset as I drove home this evening.

Sadly the rest of my day has seen me in the office sorting out and updating a project plan to take some tasks forward this year.

Seem to have acquired a mega headache and a searing ache in my shoulder- rest and painkillers to the rescue!
