Chocolate ganache

Busy baking day today, I did a luxury cake selection box for a special order. It was a birthday present for someone who loves nutmeg and chocolate. So I did an Armenian nutmeg cake, a cherry and Disaronno frangipane tart, some nutmeg and cinnamon buns and a choc cake filled with chocolate ganache.

The smell as they were baking was quite lovely, although the buns had so much butter in the dough the oven was smoking away like a nicotine addict!
