Tree relief

Another little experiment. I went down to the tangled trees in the late afternoon in the drizzle. The results were not very inspiring so I've been playing around in photoshop again. This effect seems to lend itself to the shot and I rather like it - it makes me think of engraved silver.

The house is very empty now that the visitors have gone back to their respective homes - it was short and sweet. Still, not long until our trip down south to see them again.
