The end of an era :(

Very very sad news, Kim's mum died in the early hours of the morning after a long long battle with alzheimers .
This is the only photo I could find in a hurry tonight of happy times with my young son many years ago.
I will find some more of all of us together to record on my blip journal.
She was like a mum to me and was a truly remarkable and wonderful person, I have missed the old Joan as we lost her a long time ago to this awful disease! it is the cruelest of ends to a persons life.
I know she's in a far better place now after all her suffering , but how we will miss this special special mum and grandma.
