Crummock
An unescorted day at LPH - and the group decided en-masse to head to the top end of Crummock by Lanthwaite woods.
There was lots of mist and low cloud around at the start which burned off during the course of the day. The best pictures were definitely while the mist was still around. In this you can see Rannerdale Knotts on the left with Mellbreak on the right. Later you could see further down to RFed Pike and High Stile, but they're hidden in the mist here. The snow is still holding on at the top of the higher peaks, though I'm not sure how much longer it will last.
