THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED

I always like to take the back roads. On the way to the beach and back I like to take the road that crosses the Willamette River by ferry. The Buena Vista Ferry. Operated by the county, it costs $3.00 for a car. As the name suggests, it has a good view. I can't help myself, I take a few pictures on every trip across. We usually have the whole boat to ourselves. You can't beat that for three bucks! But if you don't have three bucks, you can walk on for free!
