KILL the CHILL

These are a fantastic idea AND they work. However, with the temperatures hovering way below freezing today (t'was -10°C an hour ago and the max today is -2°C) I'd have to stuff one into every piece of clothing if I'm to spend any time outside. It could do the trick but will likely create little super hot spots rather than an overall feeling of warmth.

Maybe I'll stitch together a hundred or so to make a vest...they say if your torso is warm, your whole body is warm. They say that but it's malarky. Noses, toesies, ears and fingers, all the things that theoretically could freeze off, are what need warming.

Off to run some accumulated errands. Between now and Christmas you'd have to pay me a lot of money to drive around and visit stores on weekends.
