I love Chinese street food. I could live on it - and for the last 2 weeks I more or less have been!

These are pancakes called jian bing. They start off like a crepe, and then she scrambles an egg into the top, covers it with fresh chipped spring onion greens and coriander and wraps it round a sort of a crispy crunchy waffly thing.

There are variations with Chinese sausage or something a bit like bacon in, but not for me today. I like my jian bingpure and simple.

And made for you as you wait for 30p. Yum.

Or hen hao chide- as I made sure I told her!
