Where Am I?

Haunt of smugglers and once home to a huntsman - who was also the chief smuggler! I'm by the sea, not in Whitby, but it was a Victorian Spa town! Good grub - so they tell me - good beer (well, they do Black Sheep) - so I've heard! So come on guys - where am I?
