Birthday Cake

Today was my Birthday - a funny start to the day not feeling that great first thing (sad and lonely) got up and meditated for 20 mins then did some tapping EFT - felt a little better - went to the park with Dexter to meet the doggers and they all sang happy birthday - which was a real lift. Then went to Casa Ciro's to have lunch with some of the Worthing Meet up - probably had a little too much to drink and ended up in tears alone in a coffee shop, not a high point of the day! Then on to meet some of the walking group Walk and Talk - (Karen, Chrissy and Sarah, Alison joined us later) We had dinner at the Ginger Pig in Hove it was nice expensive and not as good as other places but nice to have the company, Karen got me this cake and it was scrummy, I teased that it was not as good roses as I could ice but it was fab really, and sparkly.... had a good day in end. Caught the bus home, none to Broadwater so had coffee with Charmaine and then got a lift home from East Worthing. Heres to a less event full year.
