Hythe seafront
Went down to the coast again today with dad and Susan. The weather was more like the usual English stuff - cold, grey and at times very wet. We drove down to hythe and walked through the town stopping off on route for omelette and chips. Following this we trundled off down the royal military canal to the end where it meets the sea.
Another trip down memory lane as we used to come here as a family when I was a kid most Sundays. Bringing a packed lunch and often eating it huddled in the car being buffeted by wind and rain whilst eating a calypso from the kiosk.
We returned along the seawall to hythe (blipped) and back to the car where I slept for most of the way home (just like when I was a kid!)
