Moscow's temperatures hit their seventh record high of March on Tuesday reaching 17 degrees Celsius and passing the previous record of 14.3 C set on March 25, 2008. Since the beginning of the month, the temperature has hit record highs on six days — March 8, 9, 10, 22, 23 and 24. On Monday, the temperature reached 18.8 C in parts of the city - reports The Moscow Times.
