Day 25 - 100 happy days
Me all ready in my gear and off for my first run!
I got inspired by my friend who'd taken up running - downloading a podcast from the nhs website "couch to 5k" which basically helps beginners to build up running and after 9 weeks be able to run for 30 mins (or 5k).
It went fairly well. Quite hard going for a first time I would say but it will get easier with time so just have to keep ploughing on. It was good to get out the house and do something for me which was achievable (as well as something new and daunting!) so I'm very proud of myself. Also this is coming from someone who said she would never do jogging lol.
