Purpose

Meet Griselda. I didn't let the hens out today because I was at work, but this makes no difference whatsoever to Griselda. It doesn't matter how high I make the fence, or how many obstacles I place in her way. The others all stay behind the fence, in a massive enclosure where they can scratch, and sunbathe, and dustbathe, and eat grubs and whatever else they may find in addition to the food they get anyway....
but Griselda will not be contained.
