Time is flying (not a Banksy - No. 5)

Back again at Gare du Nord and I can assure you, there are not many of these "not a Banksy" left. I like this one. It fits well into a railway station, it fits also well the status of the project I am currently working. Time is flying away ... and not only time. Caught in the classical project triangle of time, scope and cost. The client pumps up the balloons (scope), the cost is following the same scheme, time is flying anyway and then people wonder that not everything goes that smoothly, as it has been sold at the beginning.
