Preserved Lemons
I should have gone out before breakfast when the light was ok and the rain a few hours off ... but since I didn't, here's a food photography experiment.
Ever since we had an Arabic Restaurant in Pontivy all to ourselves a couple of years back we have enjoyed Moroccan tagine recipes. These preserved lemons are used to flavour the cous cous, quite pricey to buy in a UK supermarket, but easy enough to prepare your own. Just lemons, salt, lemon juice and some time at the back of the fridge in a kilner jar.
