Room with a view

How coincidental that another Canadian friend of mine happened to be in Edinburgh this week! Instead of doing the usual and meeting for lunch, we decided to have a walk up Arthur's Seat to catch up. It is seriously cold at the top, very windy, but what a view! We could see the whole city on such a clear day. Edinburgh castle is the easiest point to pick out here - it's the highest structure in the middle ground (if the ominous castle-y-ness didn't give it away), and the Forth Railway Bridge is also just barely visible in the distance.
