Rock bomb!

I was driving along Kennedy Avenue (through my old neighborhood) when I realized fire hydrants had been newly installed! Well, who can pass that up? So I slammed on the brakes, slid into a private drive, jumped out and sprinted over to the hydrant where I placed my little rock and snapped a blip. Back in the car and on my way in 30 seconds!
