Flying Fish, Rum and Cricket

One of my tasks this week was to photograph and catalogue some paintings which are being returned to the community.

The photos depict the journey of people from the Caribbean to Huddersfield in the 1950s and 1960s.

They bring back memories of rum, flying fish sandwiches and cricket!
