Dots and spots of colour

I walk past these everyday at school but have never stopped for a Blip. Today on my way out of work I appreciated the colour in this grey, damp weather so with no other blips today and with little energy left it had to be these. They were created a few years ago now with a local artist and there are different variations around school in the outdoor area.
