First Sunset

Tonight was the first really deep sunset of the year and given the early finish at uni I was able to escape to get a fleeting glimpse of the fading of the day, I had to detour for fuel so did not have time to make the dash tot he river and instead I was forced to park up and enjoy the views not far from the house.

It is another day closer to seeing my friend, a busy weekend in store for everyone, the twins are skating all weekend and on Saturday night the last home game for our team, Braeheand Clan play Nottingham Panthers in the second leg of our play-off match. Fraser's name came out of the hat and he will be skating round the ice with he club flag rousing the fans ahead of face off, sadly Mimi was not so lucky so she will have to cheer extra loudly from the crowd...
