a special Nia class

Today the white belt Nia students came to class in Sarasota and Nia trainer Gail Condrick led the class, with one of my instructors -Becky, assisting. The energy that abounds during a class within the training session is abundant and contagious! I had a wonderful time and Gail taught us a new routine with a Spanish flair, Bailando!

I took a few photos and just finished processing them so I could send them to Gail and Becky. I am going to miss your journals and commenting tonight because I am off to sleep -tomorrow morning I am up early for a Nia class on Siesta beach with my friend and instructor Kathy Oravec!
