Authentic Turkish coffee presentation

After a fun night to celebrate the birthday of one of our beloved friends, we thought Turkish coffee would be the saver of the following day. So we ordered one, and here is how they look like. The funny part is that the most traditional thing about turkish coffee is that after you drink it until the solid precipitate, you close your coffee mug right on the plate, wait for a while, then open it and let one of the surrounding people (that you know of course, otherwise it would be awkward), tell your future according to the figure kf the precipitate. However, this Ottoman presentation does not allow it. While they tried to give coffee traditional look, they forgot about the whole tradition. Anyways... turkish coffee did save today ;)
