Day of two halfs

An early blip due to another busy day but I was able to run outside today rather than go to the gym which was a treat for a Thursday. A challenging presentation to my peers followed by a one on one with our most senior exec who is over from the States, and that takes care of the morning. Followed by a half day which sees a lovely girly lunch at the Bonham, and wherever we find ourselves after that. Now, deep breath, and get through the morning first.
