Spooky fog

So I am actually writing this nearly two weeks late. I was cycling home and really wanted to capture how foggy it had got it just dropped all of a sudden.

I am soooooooo annoyed for not keeping up to date with this as I have forgotten what I have done and I did not realise you could back date.

Oh well. But I need to start with food journal and exercise journal and DELETE Facebook again!!!!

So back to this Thursday I know what I did now me and my friend did swapsie massages. And livia came round for massage. Then it was time for bed. I havr been really really bad for keeping up with my running x x
