Grumpy old men....

Manners maketh the man...

I am at a loss to know what to say....when childish temper tantrums are only just held at bay by adulthood....when ungentlemanly behaviour is common place....when we are so egocentric that people are not fellow travellers on this mortal coil but mere inconveniences to our wishes.

On a morning that was so sparkling, the sky sung it's joy and the birds gave chorus to the melody, it is a shame that being rude is your default position. We all have our problems and I have known rare humans that have coped with such burdens with dignity and integrity, not thrown themselves around and have been childish. I will not bore you with my experience enough to say it was disappointing.

Any old how...let's move on to good stuff. It's a lads night tomorrow night. I haven't seen the fellas for some time so it will be good to catch up. Goodness knows what the conversational direction will take but it will involve a certain amount of 'mickey' taking and jovial banter.

Today is just about work and preparing for staying over at the besties tomorrow night!
