Just a view...

... but a rather fine one.
The cold has spurted forth out of nowhere -eyes streaming, nose streaming, head throbbing and total lethargy. Hrumphh. And we were meant to be having friends round for supper.
A beautiful morning though and I went down to the beach. The tide was out and the colours intense, the clouds dramatic, the dogs barking and the sand shimmering.
Time for some more zinc and Vit C :(
