It ain't easy seeing sheen

Doing some dusting ( yes, Christmas again already ) I happened upon my glass bowl of stones.
Trying to photograph them is impossible, though. Every shot has an annoying reflection in it, sometimes - oh, the horror - it's even a mini-me.
This is the best I can manage, though it doesn't do justice to the rainbow obsidian sphere at the bottom of the picture, which is a beautifully glossy black until it catches the light right and shows off its rainbow bands.

While I posted this, I was listening to this track by Pink Floyd. Have a listen if you've got a few minutes,I like sharing good music.
