In the Pink.

This is the pretty pink hyacinth I bought from The Mills Garden Centre.
I love the sweet fragrance.
Busy at One Planet shop most of the day and came home to discover dear Maria has a bout of tonsillitis.

I phoned our GP, only to discover that since joining the university and registering there in York, she can not have temporary cover at the family NHS surgery since the centralisation of records has not got the flexibility to cater for this.
The receptionist R suggested we phone the Dr in York, if he is available in term time holidays, and see if a prescription for some anti biotics could be phoned through to our pharmacy.
In the meantime, she is resting and can gargle with warm salt solution.
The weather has turned Wintry again but the weekend is forecast to be warmer here.
