Water view?

I got a nice surprise when I check in on Wednesday night when I was told I had been upgraded to the larger room with a water view. Given the location I suspect the city views are actually more interesting. Nevermind, you can see water but what struck me when I looked out early Friday morning was Washington rush hour and the number of cars pouring into the city.
