Found this beauty when looking thru my drawers at home for something to go for a jog in.
Made me smile.

Jogged in the rain whilst mum had a slow walk... She's in the queue for a second hip replacement so was pretty slow.

Then we got down to some serious quilt sewing.... Took ages to get the right colour combinations and the patterns right. We got on with sewing the smaller squares together and made real progress.

Then I popped over to issy and Ella's (my little sisters) for a good giggle, cuddle and catching up on their lives. A really special time. Love those girls.
