The green chair

A big day today.

I biked all the way from home to work and back again :-)

Except for the idiot 150m from home, who missed 2 flashing halogen lights with fresh batteries on the front of my bike and the light on my helmet. Fortunately my screaming pulled him to attention and more to the point, caused him to look before aimlessly turning from one side street into another.

But I digress from what was otherwise a good and memorable day.

My foot coped better than I expected. I wasn't sure how biking the full distance would go because it was grumpy last night. I walked at lunchtime too and again this evening. It feels a bit sore but it's good pain (there is a difference :-)

Other memorable things today; Dad has a bit more help and a better system for when he needs a blood top up. And for my brother and his wife a new business venture.

Mum would be pleased with all these things :-)
