WEIGHT CHALLENGE
WEEK 104: lost 1 stone 13+ lbs
AIM: To stay the same for a week.
500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 2/3/2/3
COUNTDOWN: 112 miles

Well it's been 2 years and although the weight came off quite quickly in the first year there has hardly been any change in the weight :( in the second year.

But I suppose keeping it consistently off is good.

The challenge this year really has been the walking and I'm so close to breaking the 100 mark!!!
