Responding to signs
I weigh myself once a week and in the last week I've put on a couple of pounds so I'm going to give myself a week of going back to making a point of eating fresh food. Tonight was Chinese Salmon with chick peas, asparagus, red pepper and sugar snap peas.
It's great when something so healthy tastes good and makes up for the rest of the day. 31 days and counting...
