Walk in the park

Today we decided to check out the train times for Paris (going next week) and then to have lunch and afterwards walk around the huge Parc on the outskirts of Caen. It was built on what was the city tip and has been slowly converted to a beautiful park over the past 20+ years. They are always renewing and experimenting with different plantings and over the winter have opened some new paths. It's one of our favourite places as there's always something new to see. We spent some time wondering around and reflecting on the start of Spring evident in the newly emerging buds. Just lovely.
