Advent excitement

He couldn't quite believe that the big rectangular box was actually the advent gift for today!

However there is indeed method to my apparent madness. Most of the 24 gifts are just randomly placed upon the tree. A few are not - like today.

Chris is working the evil shift of 2pm to 2am and probably won't get home until at least 3am - if he is lucky, so unwrapping a gingerbread house kit is one way of ensuring a little peace and quiet is possible in the morning.
