Change for the better?

For years I had my broadband, phone & Tv with a well known cable company, they recently changed ownership, had a few channels taken off them and started charging me more."Enough" I said and changed over to that well known satellite company for my Tv, phone and today broadband. I've been pulling my hair out all day, the installation went smoothly, I have excellent signal strength but I keep on losing my connection. As I post this picture it seems ok, I know that a wire connection is not going to be as good as an optical one, but if anyone can shed some light on my problem I would be very grateful.
