Forget Masterchef ... this is Disaster Chef !

My Grandaughter , Paige and I decided we would experiment with making coconut pancakes, to accompany a Rendang curry dish . After the third attempt , we came up with this effort . Paige came up with the suggestion we should be on a programme called 'Disaster Chef' ! I have to say , I totally agree with her ! Never mind - it was all good fun !
