Block of the month

Tonight was our AGM of the quilt group I run. Throughout the year we have been making blocks that form a quilt and tonight was the show and tell. Each month those participating, or those that wanted the pattern paid £1 which went towards the price money. This is a picture of some of the finished quilts, mine is the middle one in, pinks and turquoise. (I will blip properly very soon). The quilts were all so beautiful and so different. Great fun and I think its set a standard and a challenge for next year. We all finished the AGM with speed dating sewing style which everyone really loved.

Now I have finished two big projects back to back I can breath - well for one night!
