Never seen anything like this before!

Went to Tunbridge Wells this morning and after a successful morning shopping (you can't be anything other than successful here) we had a celebratory lunch in a favourite restaurant. We took a different route back to the car and came across this amazing front garden filled with tiny toys. Why this should be no-one knows but a neighbour told us it's there all the time and the toys change regularly. Beats mowing the lawn I suppose!
