The Great Escape

Honey and Penny decided today, our wedding anniversary, was the best day to leave their run and head out into the garden beyond. The tunnel started in their run and came out about half a metre outside it. I had just glanced outside expecting to see a cat or even a squirrel, when I saw Honey run by. It took Martin, Iain and 20 minutes to catch her and fellow escapee Penny, who was under the shed.
These two bunnies managed to ruin my lawn last summer with their digging. It now looks like there has been subsidence on a major scale all over it. Today's dig almost resulted in their loss. Pity they will not learn from their experience!!
