Eggs in Purgatory

Well hell this was a pretty amazing breakfast! But really, what doesn't go well with eggs....? It's a quick and easy breakfast, and goes great with a side of hash, or better yet some toast to dip in that amazing tomato sauce! My blog has more of the low down on this delightfully cobbled together breakfast, which is totally making me hungry just thinking about it. Perhaps it's just time for lunch...or brinner? Mmmmmm....brinner!
