I'm a big fan of guided self-help as a way to improve how we deal with the things that trouble us.
And I have a big professional crush on Dr Chris Williams - a recognised authority on CBT. His take on how we can teach ourselves to change our unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling and doing really seem to resonate.
