Art attack

Look how proud they are of their masterpiece :)
We went to the Star Tree Studio this morning for some creativity and this was the first of their efforts, a huge painting they worked on beautifully together which is now hanging in the bedroom. Layering paint colours, adding texture with rollers, stampers, bubble wrap, wooden blocks.

Dylan told me it was a skate park. There was some blue sky and grass and a sunshine. Then it rained and hailstoned as the storm came. Then he made a sea with a bridge over the top and some rainbows.

Daddy was home before I was back from the school run so went to pick the boy up and surprise him. They've spent this evening doing "silly shows" for us and playing marching bands :)
