The dream walk

Cam is getting very good at walking longer and longer distances and every time we go in to town he alway at least walks home. We have a favourite route we walk, up a small street with the fire station on to the top where George Harrison's estate is and then a flat road home. It makes the hills more bearable and cam likes trying to knock on the doors as we pass.
Today our usual routine became toddler heaven. Not only was the fire engine parked outside the station which we spent a good ten minutes discussing its colour and generally saying wow but further up there was also a digger. Cam tried his hardest to break through the fence to get to it and we must have said bye bye to it twenty times before he was happy enough for us to continue on his way but it cheered up a grumpy toddler and he was a pleasure the rest of the day.
