I Can't Believe It Is...

Butter milk pound cake.

Made by yours truly. I'm so proud. I'm going to take it into work tomorrow to share with my team of newbies. Hope they like.

It's not like it's ultra busy at work, or like it's approaching end of tax year or anything, but I had myself a cheeky afternoon off. I sauntered off, the sun was shining & I had myself a quite & chilled time in the flat. I managed to knock up a chicken stock, this spongy number, & I watched a couple of films.

I could get used to Thursdays like this.
