I can't get enough of these Aspen trees..

.. They grow from a single root system. I love the bark - so similar to our Silver Birch.

Well, this was it - our last day on the mountain and we sure made the most of it! The fresh snow overnight again made it fun (mostly) but a little tricky (at times).

We had pulled pork sandwiches for lunch - our third this holiday! It's just so tasty!!

Going up in the gondola tonight to the restaurant in mid Vail called 10. They give you a blanket in the gondola and then you get in a snow cat across to the restaurant. Thought it'd be a nice way to spend our last night.

Can't believe I'm flying home tomorrow, arriving lunchtime Sunday back in UK. My son and daughter are cooking dinner for Mother's Day. :-)
