My little soldier

Benj has taken to cleaning/sleeping/eating in his carrier. I'm letting him live free in the dining room while he recovers and I think this is his little piece of space to have some quiet. He's doing well though (his vet is very pleased with his progress). We have to flush the wound with saline every day and then pack it with manuka honey. Once the abscess is completely flushed and drained the wound will be stapled up. Just hoping this is the beginning of getting my baby boy back to his usual cheeky self x
