Three flavor sizzling rice soup

We tried a new Chinese restaurant tonight, and it was outstanding. The soup was delicious, and the rest of the meal was very tasty. Quite often, Chinese restaurant food around here is bland and everything tastes the same. At this one, they really know how to do it. Everything we had just had a very excellent flavor.
